For a small annual fee of £50 you can join the Coming of Age Partnership and gain access to a wealth of advice, guidance and materials designed to help you manage the age profile of your workforce more proactively.
CoAP is a not for profit Community Interest Company which exists to promote the benefits of age diverse workplaces throughout the West Midlands. We charge a small subscription fee to help cover our costs of operation and to help balance out the funding we receive from organisations such as ACAS, Advantage West Midlands, TAEN and the West Midlands Employer Coalition among others.
